Centre for the Research on Mothering

I am excited to report many wonderful things happening with the Centre for the Research on Mothering. The Centre is at the forefront of feminist motherhood, and its director has really put mothering on the map as warranting actual scholarship and academic research.

First up, the Director of the Centre, Andrea O'Reilly, will be speaking at the National Women's Studies Association's annual meeting this Friday in Oakland.

The Centre also has a call for papers for their Journal, The Journal of the Association for Research on Mothering. They are looking for book reviews, artwork, poetry, etc. More information can be found here.
